EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SOFTWARE NetDefender

1.The SOFTWARE NetDefender is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

2.All title and copyrights in and to the NetDefender (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Hopesen Software Inc. You may not copy, or modify these material.

3.The licensee shall not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, nor decode this SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate termination of this license.

4.You can use, download, install, copy and distribute the free version software production, not intend to receive benefit. But you may not sale, copy or distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUC to conduct business without a separate written contract with Hopesen Software Inc.

5.In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use this unauthorized product not from our server, since you can download and install this software from the Internet.

6. You may not use the Software in any way that could harm the Internet. You may not use the Software in any way that is against the law.

7.If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
